From the facebook group, hopefully resolved quickly.CRITICAL RIVIAN NOTICE - Hi Jim, Guide Lead Jake here, and I'm afraid I have some most unfortunate news this evening. At just 7pmEST, our head office sent us an urgent notice that a software related issue has been identified for all Canadian vehicles that makes them currently undeliverable, and weāre forced to cancel all of tomorrow the 7th delivery appointments.
An official notice from HQ is coming on this, called a Service Hold.. but I'm reaching out now via SMS to notify as soon as possible.
Please await further advisement as weāll get this to you as soon as we have it, but as of now my leadership has instructed me to cancel all delivery appointments with no rescheduled date able to be determined at this time.. so youāll see this email.
