That seems like a bizarre test to do with all the windows rolled down! It looked to do pretty good at directing the water away from the vehicle (both the windshield and the sides windows). I'll still slow down when I see standing water on the road ahead.

I inadvertently did a deeper version of this on my R1T at ~65 mph and I could not see anything for a good 2-3 seconds.
