Holy shit! That dude was like 6" from death. And looking at the exterior view...no crossing gate or lights and the road approach made it so the driver couldn't even see the train coming. I'm shocked that grade crossing was allowed in that configuration.

We have a crossing like that around here (rural area) but nothing high speed comes through there. Much slower moving freight trains mostly.

I hope they fix that crossing, seems like he was going a reasonable speed, alert, and was looking to the left.

I know it was a crossing and there was a stop sign, but from his vantage point was also hard to see.
