Recently updated to 2024.27.30 and found that vampire drain IS a thing now. I heard Rivian used to have a lot of vampire drain but I never really encountered it until I updated it to 2024.27.30 on Sunday.
battery was 87%/246mi at 11am 8/18 Sunday (time after update), it's 83%/233mi at 4am 8/20 Tuesday, and now it 82%/229mi at 9am on Wednesday (I didn't drive the car in between, it just sits in my garage)
I did the math

I did the math
- pre-update if no driving, it consume ~0.35% per day
- post-update it consume ~1.4% per day (exact 3 days now)
- Motion cam is off at home
- Lock only at home (no unlock)
- no seat belt buckled
- I checked app probably only three times in the past day.
