UBCO AWD Bike

Purchased an UBCO bike after seeing them at the Overland Expo. They are somewhat local to me, which is a plus. Dual motor 1000w x 1000w with regen! They have a discount code for Rivian owners - RIVIANUBCO23 that will give you an additional 40% discount. Makes them very reasonable imo. I got the Work edition so no turn signals, mirrors or dashboard. Dashboard is not a big deal because the phone app has all the same functionality. Kept the cost down to where opting for the larger battery wasn't a huge deal. Fun little unit. You can charge from the truck while driving down the road if you wanted. Using a cheap carrier from Harbor Freight because the bike is light comparatively, so I'm not concerned. I'm not affiliated in any way, just thought it was a fun thing to share.

Update - I should also say, shipping they give you the option to ship to a dealer or direct to your door. Shipping to the dealer costs the same as to your door, so why drive somewhere to pick it up???

CORRECT ! It only applies to the bike cost, so any accessories are face value, but still.

Ordered mine this morning, I opted for the ADV model with the larger battery. I can use this to get around town next time my Rivian is in the shop

Yeah, it's more of a delivery style bike in design, but for hunting/fishing/etc, it's great being able to strap packs on stuff.

Very nice! A bit more of a commitment though. If have to be a lot more serious about riding every day before I considered that kind of cash. Again, very nice though!

problem with these bikes, at least in california, is that they need to be registered with dmv and insured and you need a motorcycle endorsement as they don't have pedals, that would not work for me.

They qualify as mopeds in Michigan, but only the ones with the proper equipment can even be registered.

I got the work edition because I don't plan to ride on the streets, but I hear you. My use will mostly be on my property. Getting too old to walk up and down the hill From the sounds of it, you're going to need to do all that for just a bike if the politicians have their way. I remember when I was little, we lived in SoCal and our bikes had to be registered.
