If they are (which I also think they do), what is wrong in unionizing. We should pay living wages, which we don’t; but I am not an expert. I am just getting anecdotal. So don’t roast me.If Rivian's pay and benefits are competitive and they handle workplace incidents appropriately, I see no place for a union to come in "just because".
