I don't have my R1T yet but I saw another post saying there is a compartment for them just under the driver seat.

Keep sunglasses and safety glasses sitting on non-slip silicone mats on the dash (towards passenger side) with various other things. Ordered this set. Only the two smaller, use the larger one in frunk as wrap holder for pipe wrenches and other heavy hand tools.

If you’re used to a more traditional dash tray or dedicated holder on the headliner the under-seat storage feels like a step backwards. I’ve been using the wireless charging pad for now since it’s useless as a charger anyway. Eventually I’ll get a non-slip tray or pad to put on the dash, just need to find one that looks halfway decent.

Just an aside...but the charging pad using an iPhone 11 with Spigen slim case and one of these sticky pads works like a charm...just need to velcro the underside to charge pad, as can be tricky when picking phone up cuz its so tacky...

I'm a proud Android fanboy. I hate Apple with a passion due to all the proprietary shit. However, the charge pad is totally inconsistent for me with my ZFold (need to try more with my backup S20 Ultra and see if it's any better). But my buddy threw his iPhone on there the other day and it started charging right away. Apple 1 - Samsung 0. I'm humble enough to admit it.

Do you have one installed? I always cringe when I'm popping out OEM parts like the overhead panel for this. I'm always expecting the dreaded "plastic snap crackle pop" of some tab.
I do, was very easy with pry tools. took 5 minutes to install as there was only 2 clips that had to be popped out

This one, that one and the other one.

I slide the ear frame between the roof and the passenger visor. Tight enough fit to keep them there. Light enough fit to slide them in and out easily.
