Sorry to hear about your experience. I have had my R1T since 6/25/22 and the PDX service center has been amazing every time I have brought it in for some minor work. I live 3+hrs away (In Bend) and they have always treated me and my vehicle amazing. Hope your future experience will be much better

Central Oregon is the perfect environment for these vehicles. If anyone has visited their Spaces in Laguna Beach or Pasadena, Rivian highlights Bend as a destination on their interior wall charging map. Love seeing our community grow in C.O.

got my R1T on 6/25/22 and had no issues. Also live 3+ hrs from the nearest service center. I don't think range would be an issue in the cold, has never been for me and we live in the mountains in Oregon
I believe we should see the cameras automatically come on when the vehicle slows down very soon (probably less than 5 mph) that way when u pull into your garage, no more finger dances to turn the camera on
