Replacing HV Main Battery Pack

Searched for related topics and it scares me that I didn’t find any. A lot on the 12-volt, but not the HV Main Battery.

Problem: On two occasions the car would not accelerate beyond the speed at which it was currently moving.

Diagnosis: Fault in the HV Main Battery Pack.

Remedy: Replace HV Main Battery Pack.

They’ve ordered one from the factory and “are hopeful” it is here next week.

Had mine replaced in early June after getting error messages when trying to fast charge. Denver SC ordered the new battery on a Friday and it was there by Monday and I was picking up my truck on Thursday. So 6 days from drop off. Gave me a loaner T while they had it so I can't complain.

YMMV depending on your service center!

I have that same problem at 110 mph. I wonder if my HV pack is bad.

I wonder how many of us have had a HV pack replacement I would only assume its a small percentage as I don't see it talked about much here. Anyone know what that would cost if it wasn't warranty?

No, but I thought someone mentioned $11k at one point - and I had assumed total was about $15k. I could be mistaken.

I would concur with the $11k, I think the pack is about $8k.
