Removing Front Door Speaker Grille

Has anyone removed the speaker grille in the front driver or passenger door? My passenger has a rattle that manifests as a buzzing sound when the speaker is pushing any bass. Not worth a service ticket since I’m >2 hours away and the last time they fixed a panel rattle it came back worse (I’ve since fixed that one).

I have a small dent in mine and was told that the grille is part of the door panel and they'll need to replace the whole thing. No way to remove the grill

not surprised by veer’s comment above, because I’ve got a rattle at the a-pilar speaker grille and have been told (by service) that the grille is molded in to the trim piece. Had to book a SC appointment 60 days out​

I’m sure it’s a separate piece from the door card, Rivian just may not sell it separately from the door card —there seems to be a lot of that on their vehicles right now.

I’ll have to start digging around the internet for photos to get some insight.

From the video above, it seems you can remove the grill from the back side of the door panel...

Very possible your rattle is coming from one of those fold-over tabs not being pressed down fully or tight enough?

This is what I did. Tekton pick in the dent and very gently pull back.
