Section 11 does not prohibit anything. It merely states that if Rivian believes you ordered in bad faith they may terminate.

My understanding of opting out of arbitration is that you are opting out of forced arbitration. There is nothing preventing you from agreeing to arbitration at the time of a dispute if you so desire.

I don't really see a downside of opting out personally, but I am no expert.

What I am less clear on is opting out of the class action waiver. Edit: looks like opting out will void all of section 14 as far as I can tell.

Note that opting out of the class action waiver is unlikely to have much of an effect. Opt-out rates tend to be so low that it is difficult to even form a class if the need arises because a vast majority of customers are covered by the waiver.
