Periodic Hard Reset Necessary?

So I've had my truck for a month now, about 2k miles. Have left it parked for up to 7 days without use. Don't have the real issues like 12v drain or gear guard not recording when someone breaks the windows, but my hood pops unlatched randomly. Pull over, open - close, do it again in 5 min or not at all for the rest the trip...
Never done any sort of reset, but wondering if a periodic complete reboot would be beneficial much like my phone, or smart TV.

Id submit a ticket for the hood popping randomly and I personally wouldn’t do a hard reset unless Riv support told me to so. Just my $.02

Hard resets apparently wipe logs which might potentially be needed for troubleshooting so I would not do this except as a last resort or as instructed by Rivian.
