Lowest interest rates in October?

Can we keep this thread going? I found it very useful.
From the "Lowest interest rates in September?" thread, it seemed Parsons FCU and AdelFi were some of the better rates, readily available for most folks. Is this still true?
Who knows of great rates!? Please share pertinent details.

Hanscom FCU is still doing 75 months @ 4.19%. Pretty terrible compared to 6 months ago but good for right now.

They're a little slow but once you get an underwriter you can email them directly going forward. I've got Adonis saved in outlook. I ask him for money more often then I'd like to admit.

You don’t need to be local.

I found a few that offers loans in the 2.5 range, but would have to provide a lot of info to get the real numbers. For example, Caribou offers loans as low as 1.9, but you have to run a complete loan app to find out.

I found a few offereing --18%!!! have they lost their god damned mind!

Is it www.caribou.com? Looks like they do only refinances? Or may be I am missing something
