Probably but that doesn't save much.
I mentioned the black speaker grills to the delivery guy and that the config shows whitish. He thought they were white too. Mentioned I should do a service request to change them out. Don't mind the black on the ceiling but the black on the A pillar is somewhat distracting.
Maybe I'll add the missing DC outlet in frunk too and see what happens.

It’s known as de-contenting in the business and every manufacturer does it to save costs. The manufacturer hopes the consumer doesn’t notice.

This really doesn't make any sense. Why would they go through the process of redesigning the frunk to take away the 12V outlet?

Isn't this taking away the option of putting a fridge in there?

Looks like this also has the newer single magnet in center design, for holding up the subfloor.
