Oh. Well, that’s good to know. That is the information I was referring to... it was debunked by the air suspension manufacturer as "old information" unfortunately re-published recently as "new" news.

Yeah, this way you're not waiting for something that's not coming... kind of like folks waiting for the "new" powered tonneau.Oh. Well, that’s good to know.
3/21 R1S preorder here with Apr-June estimate window. No email. You may be right. I am curious if they are all still LEs too, unless I missed something that already debunks that.I am hypothesizing that these emails went to 2019 and 2020 reservation holders. Completely anecdotal evidence based upon what I have read here and on a few FB groups.
One thing that will surely crush that hypothesis and my hopes is if the 2021 and later reservation holders start getting this email in mass, in which case I will start believing this is just for them to update the Delivery Estimates in January as they planned to do.
Reservation since Aug 2019 and still nothing from Rivian on confirmation. Customer service rep told me last week that updated delivery dates would be coming at the end of the month.Seems like a ton of confirm your configuration emails have gone out tonight. Nervous excitement here!
In other news, a horrible thought occurred to me. How Rivian would be be to confirm a bunch of configurations and then a day or two later announce a bunch of new options, colors, etc!?

I have an October 2019 order, and got the email Friday evening. It'll change by end of month...I have an October 2019 order, and got the email Friday evening. I live very close to a service center, but for some reason was in "processing estimate" purgatory.
I don't have a launch edition configured. Like a few others I was holding out for the Max pack and 5 seat configuration when those were still a thing.
Maybe reach out to CS and see if it has something to do with your distance to a service center? They announced recently that they were going to focus on areas "close" to existing SCs while they build out more. My guess is they've had enough issues needing service that it was getting cost prohibitive to keep delivering hours away from the SCs. You don't say where in TX you are, but it looks like they only have SCs in Dallas, Houston, and Austin so far.Reservation since Aug 2019 and still nothing from Rivian on confirmation. They're supposed to recalculate delivery windows sometimes this month, which probably means end of the month.Same here. Nov. 2020 R1S preorder. We're in Alabama, and interestingly, still have Processing Estimate under delivery time. Hopefully it will update after talking to a guide.
Not probably.....100% definitelyThey're supposed to recalculate delivery windows sometimes this month, which probably means end of the month.
I live in San Antonio and am only 70 miles or so from the Austin SC. I also have an Austin address as my secondary address. Frustrated as my Feb?March delivery date is my 5th delivery date estimate from Rivian and still not even a guide. I certrainly think that they could have handled deliveries alot better. Certainly was not saying expect to wait 4 years when they took the $1K.Maybe reach out to CS and see if it has something to do with your distance to a service center? I just found it in my junk mail.
If it's any consolation, I was assigned a guide many months ago when my estimated delivery date was 1H2023. At the time, I thought that having a guide was a sign that you were making progress toward delivery. That does not appear to be the case however.I live in San Antonio and am only 70 miles or so from the Austin SC. I also have an Austin address as my secondary address. Mine is ADV not LE, and I have read several other ADV orders posts that received it as well, so I believe it is both ADV and LE3/21 R1S preorder here with Apr-June estimate window. No email. We are still just at a reservation. We donate our money July, 2022.Or is this part of their process to provide new delivery windows this month? So I must add that my last estimate was 2024 (for a 2020 preorder), but now I received the "confirm your configuration" email and I have a guide assigned.
Should I be excited or did everyone get this, in which case this is another kick to the nuts by Rivian???
