I tried to get some spy shots but engineers caught me, ha ha. I got close while they were welding....teaser lol (disclaimer its just a spare prototype piece - not a whole assembly!)
Will be once we start shipping, plan for late Dec.When is deadline for the pre-order?
We are working closely with Santa and trying to fill his sleighAsking for a friend…. Will any arrive in customers hands before Christmas?
But will his sleigh also be equipped with like running boards/“berg” sliders??? 🫶We are working closely with Santa and trying to fill his sleigh
Rest assured, all tweaking and massaging will be done BEFORE production parts are made The parts are being tested properly now.Count me in the group that would rather receive a well developed and tested product “s00n” rather than rushing to get out by Xmas… I’m wanting this to be an install and forget accessory, no interest in tweaking or replacing down the line given it’s pretty basic function
They said you don't need a puck on the slider but do if you just get the running boards without sliders.@EV Sportline Do we need to use the puck as well when lifting the car up using a jack on the slider?
Ah, sorry I missed that question!
Yes, we added 5 jacking points along the length of the side of the truck (on our slider version). They are spaced between 15" and 18" (varies). YES you can jack the side of the truck up near the center of the truck, using one of our jack points. Hope this answers!
BTW, you most definitely cannot jack the side up directly on the stock factory frame without denting the stock frame....ask me how i know Our slider was designed to SOVLE this problem.
