Ice Flower Defect (in glass)

After having my R1S for about 2 months I noticed a defect on the passenger side window. At first I thought it was a defect in the window tint film like a bubble that had formed. I realized that it wasn’t since it felt smooth on the film side. The outside glass was smooth as well. When I looked under magnification I could see the defect was inside the glass. I’ve noticed it has slightly grown since I first noticed it. There are a total of 5 ice flowers. Has anyone seen this defect called ice flower delamination and have you taken it in for service?

I attached some pictures of it looking from inside the car to the outside and some from outside looking in.
