There is no way to "get" any update.

It will push to your car when its ready to. They do this in batches.

It seemed like they used to push the updates to everyone at roughly the same time. Until they sent out an update that broke every vehicle that installed it.

Since then they seem to be rolling the updates out more slowly in a few waves over 3-4 days.

You have no control over which wave you will be in other than by becoming a popular YouTuber which will get you the update a few days before anyone else.
