Hoosier here! Placed pre-order in February of 2020. No update on delivery window(I here we should expect one any day) or guide contact. As close to Normal as we are I thought we might catch a break and get delivered a little earlier but who knows.

I pre-ordered in November of 2020 a R1S in Carmel. Any progress for you both? I thought I read someone went out for a drive at the facility and was getting a R1T in Carmel perhaps already.

It happened! I had to fly to Brooklyn on May 27 and drive home but it was worth it!

Hello all

This is Sean formerly from Carmel when I started this process and now of Westfield Initially place a reservation for a R1T which we changed to a R1S a couple of years ago. Delivery window keeps getting pushed back and now October to December 2022. Looking forward to delivery and driving a Rivian.

Have seen a silver R1T on the northside of 465 west bound a couple of weeks ago. Hope to join the local Indy Rivian group shortly?

Addendum: to answer the original post - guide assigned, configuration locked and PBA signed in April 2022 I believe.

My Blue/OC/21 R1S is getting delivered tomorrow to Rahal Paint Protection. I live on the west side of Carmel and work on Indy’s NW side. Looking forward to it, and if anyone wants to check out the R1S, let me know.

Congrats! Rahal did PPF and ceramic on my Launch Green R1T last May and truck still is spotless. You'll be happy with their work. I have seen a couple other R1S in town (Midnight and El Cap). My wife asks me when she is getting hers everyday! We locked in Limestone/OC/22 brights and are scheduled to get in June. Look forward to seeing another Rivian around town!

  I was planning to hold out for the dual motor config, but given the uncertainty of when it may be available, I figured I’ll just jump in with the quad motor.
  
  Frustrating that some people got invited to configure around the same time as I did and have already taken delivery! I need to research more to figure out what I’m doing wrong
