Home charging issue

My setup:
60 Amp breaker/240 V
Hardwired Chargepoint Homeflex

Issue: Rivian charges at 42 amps/10 Kw(at 20 or 50% SOC) rather than 48 amps/11 Kw.

The 48 amp option is greyed out on the dash charge screen. Chargepoint tells me that they can "see" 50 amps on the charger.

It's been cold here so I don't know if that's impacting this or not; but, the garage is heated to 60.

Any advice appreciated.

If I remember correctly the amperage is set during the configuration step using the app on your phone. It sounds like yours is configured for a 50a breaker. I would attempt to reconfigure it and ensure you selected the 48 amp charging / 60 amp breaker.
