I found the source of my window noise from my R1S and it was fixed at a service center but it now is happening again. Has anyone had an issue where the window gasket essentially "folds in" on itself with the window closed? Its not creating a seal and they have replaced the gasket once and now going to again I assume mid November.

yup, happens to me all the time. I was told my "tint was causing it" which is bullshit. Some days it happens more then others.

Yeah, it is common on the R1S/R1T, and it's not the tint film because it's happening to my friend's untinted R1. Tesla had similar problems with their earlier M3s but when they switched to a firmer gaskets, the problem went away.

Mind providing a photo of where this happens?

Interesting...second grabbing a photo. I've had wind noise from some of the windows for awhile now and it got worse over time, but haven't had it in to service yet. I did notice early on that sometimes re-opening and closing the window would lessen the wind noise, but didn't think much of it. Now I wonder if using something like 303 rubber conditioner or Gummi Pflege on the seals would help.
