I've never had this issue but i do occasionally have an issue where I swore i hit the P button but it didn't trigger. It's rare though.

Happened to my Gen 1 and it's currently in the shop. They told me it's the secondary driver assistance module and they are replacing it. Also says they are repairing a low voltage harness so we'll see what that means. You will probably continue to have problems till you take it in. Mine...

i have the same errors in the service menu and have other issues that prevent the truck from shifting into drive occasionally. I think there is an error with the last update and hope it's fixed in the next update.

Ironically since posting i've only had this ones i've had it 3 more times.

I've only had this happen once when i was parked, hard reboot fixed it and I haven't seen it again... yet.

I haven't done smashburgers on it but I've done EVERYTHING breakfast on it, Hot Dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches and some mixed veggies. I'm asssuming smashburgers should be find though since they are so small.
