First Everything Wrapped R1S (probably)

While the R1S looks good with a black roof, I’m tired of all manufacturers these days using piano black everywhere. More and more models are having less paint and more piano black. Bring back some color!

Everything is wrapped in KPMF excelsior blue. It’s a very dynamic color that hasn’t been in the sun yet. And, personally, the blue Rivian should have used for the ocean blue.

Looks great! I’m surprised you didn’t wrap the chrome strip though. That’s a popular thing to delete. But the chrome doesn’t look bad on darker colors like that, IMO.

Exactly, it looks better as a contrasting color. Black is boring and it’s there for a reason, to give the car some character. It ties in nicely with the wheels.

Very nice !!. Who did the running boards and are you pleased with how they operate ? Specifically are they deep enough ? I see you live in Florida as do I, I am in Boca Raton.

They look like the same EV Sportline running boards I have.

Mine are great, plenty of room to step on getting in and out but are tight and clean to the side of the R1S. I’ve had mine close to a year, did not notice any range difference with them on.

Definitely wish Rivian would offer that color or something similar. Dark blues are so pretty! Looks great!
