My apologies if already addressed by I was hitting up some gravel roads today to test out Rally mode and got a persistent squeak or creak from the door. Was relieved to find out investigating in the driveway that it was the flashlight. I rotated it, knocked on the door and it resolved. Posting for an easy search by others in the future.
