I've been in meetings all day, so didn't have any chance to obsessively check my account every 10 minutes like normal today

I got an automated email from Rivian letting me know it was time to start the process.

Naturally, I had to login....BINGO...vehicleId value is no longer null! I suspect 8 steps within 24hrs.

I think so. I'm hoping to cruise over to the Denver SC after I wrap up work and see if I can spot my actual truck. Living 10 minutes from the SC has it's perks!

Super excited for my Colorado brethren! I am not the least bit jealous that I am in Denver, ordered 2/17/2019, have told my Guide I will literally take any configuration they have for me, and still have a vehicle ID of "Null". Not the least bit...

But seriously, congrats!

I mentioned I was open to it when I first spoke with my guide. But, I haven't seen anything that shows it as an option yet. I'm wondering if maybe it'll show as an option when step 8 opens up.

Oh man. I feel your pain. The randomness in which things happen is the most frustrating part. I was in a bad place about a month ago...

That's awesome to hear! Congratulations! I'm a day behind you with the PBA, same location and build so very promising to see what happens tomorrow! VehicleID appeared today, as a reference.

Maybe I'm giving CSS too much credit here, but I'm 50% giddy and 50% skeptical upon learning this. Seems like its news, if they're really promising guide interactions to all 2022 delivery window holders by the end of May.

Last Friday's email made reference to a "survey" to get the config flexibility for all 2022 delivery window holders. So perhaps it will literally be a survey (e.g., SurveyMonkey) rather than CS reaching out (phone, email, etc) to gather this information. Maybe something like Ranked Voting for our R1 preferences?
