I had mine replaced last week; I have an early Gen1 that uses two batteries. The total was $549.55 out the door, including a $259 credit for the second battery. They called it a BOGO fee, helping those of us with the two-battery setup and larger battery replacement costs.

I feel these Ohmmu batteries would last longer, but I wasn't able to wait for them to come back into stock. I was tired of seeing that warning light every day. BTW, I would only order directly from Ohmmu, not one of the dropship partners. I ordered Ohmmu batteries from the retailer Evannex because they listed them as in stock when Ohmmu showed them as backorder; after 2 refund requests, the second on 7/8, I still have no refund and probably need to escalate to the CC company.

No change in pricing. About $350 each. Labor included.

It would be rare to pay for both batteries.

Correction. That was the estimate. When I picked up my truck, the final invoice had a discount applied that brought the price for the battery replacement down to $491.34.

Just had mine done on a 2022 R1T (dual battery) out of warranty. They explained that they discount dual-battery replacements so they cost the same as single-battery replacements. They charged me $518 for the two batteries, $209 for 0.95 hours of labor, and $36.26 tax, for a total of $736.26.
