Charging pattern question

Can someone help me understand why this charging cycle is behaving this way? I have a level 2 Grizzle-e charger on a 50 amp circuit with a launch edition R1T. I will say it is hot here and it is in a garage if that affects things.

I see this as well on hot days. Thinking it pauses for cool down session. I have my R1T outside and covered, but making sure the cover is rolled up in front so the cooling vents are open.

Yes, it sure looks like a heat related shut off and ramp back up.
@DanSexton - what is the charge rate setpoint in the vehicle? If you are up for a science experiment, reduce the charge rate by 50% or 33%, and see if it levels out. My guess is that it will. Even though it would be charging at a slower rate, you may find a sweet spot where it will keep charging continuously, and the net result will be faster.
