I have my pair of crossbars already - they will absolutely fit in the frunk. They collapse pretty compactly when they are in the "stowed" position. They will also fit in the gear tunnel and should even fit under the rear seats (maybe not if you have the Meridian package, I'd have to measure.)Supposedly they will fit in the front trunk. Not sure if that’s still the case.
Gotta say the design of the crossbars is a huge win for Rivian. Being adaptable to both roof and bed, collapsing for storage, and being genuine quick-release is a awesome and fixes all my frustrations with crossbars from other vehicles. I add and remove my Tesla crossbars a couple times a month and it's a huge pain in the ass - I have to wedge a metal brace under the roof glass, leave ugly stickers on my roof to protect the paint from the base, fuss around with plastic wedges to get behind the weather stripping... just a nightmare. Can't wait to move all rooftop cargo to the R1T.
