I looked up the charity and even though they aren’t big enough to get a rating, they seem legit enough, even if they are relatively new. Their leadership does not appear to be overpaid and they seem to have clear goals.

I thought it interesting that the winner could choose right or left hand steering wheel placement. So they’ve clearly got uk engineering, and the necessary parts in the pipeline to make good ok that.

Hard to tell. In the prize details it specifies that it’s an Adventure package with a black interior but it says the winner gets to choose the exterior color.

Seems more likely the template they used had that language in it. Given that the giveaway isn’t connected to rivian, I doubt rivian is gonna magic up an RHD R1 just for a giveaway someone’s doing.

Just making a small joke about it. But yes, it seems the vast majority of delivered vehicles have the black interior, at least from pictures online.

A rivian employee who got theirs told me they could pick any exterior but only black interior. FWIW.
