Decided to swap immediately upon delivery to the new XTM.

Aggressive, and oddly quiet. They do take a few spins on the balancer to get perfectly balanced.

Will update as I go on efficiency but on the first trip I was right around 1.9. I have them running at 62psi.

Definitely share your experience with them. I just purchased KO3s so too late to pivot to the new Pirellis,

62psi? Do you get warnings having pressure cranked up that high?

How is the grip on these compared to OEM Pirelli while cornering?

Been less than 24 hours and I drive like a grandma (no offense to the Grandma’s 🤣), but the tread is definitely deeper, and the rubber is much softer than the KO3s.

I have the OEM Pirelli’s on the other Rivian’s i have and for me, never had an issue. I wanted to see how these were since new and compare. So will keep you guys posted.

I don’t think you get warning for high pressure. Only for falling below a preset threshold. And he’s chosen the LT version, not the SL (which has too low of a max pressure to run on R1s without triggering the low pressure warning).

These look really good, might be the best looking tire for the R1. My only concern is the additional weight vs the stock AT's. Interested to see how you like them vs stock.

Weight should not be an issue. If anything is an issue it will be tread pattern and/or figuring out the best tire pressure to balance efficiency and comfort.

they look great.

honestly, I’m less worried about efficiency. If I need to road trip I will toss on the 22 sport darks I have with the Michelin Defenders.

im not concerned about weight for efficiency sake, I just don’t want to reduce performance noticeably, any difference that you can tell?

I got the 22" XTM AT on my Range Wheels and just did a pretty decent off-road trip to Shuteye Peak in Sierra National Forest. They performed much better than I could ever dream. 0 issues. Range loss is minimal. Noise - I can't feel any difference, but the ride comfort has gone up very sensibly.

first set of XTMs. All other 5 Rivians I have are the OEM pirellis.

I can report these are MUCH quieter….MUCH. Still playing with the tire pressure to find the best efficiency. I’m at 62psi now and the ride is butter smooth…running around 1.9-1.95 efficiency
