  1. Chicago Rivian Sales Location Under Construction

Ha have my launch green in front of Chucks and a FG in front of the bank next door. Rivians everywhere!
  2. What I Did Not Realize About Servicing

This is exactly what they should have done for the early orders. Requiring flat bed towing for 3+ hours each way to a service center does no good for anyone involved. Honestly it is a waste of company resources as well. Perhaps they overestimated the capability of the mobile service units...
  3. Chicago Rivian Sales Location Under Construction

I reversed into the spot and parked in front to make sure it stood out. Lol. The 360 camera is so nice for getting in the lines when reversing in.
  4. My R1T likes stop-and-go traffic more than I do

Strange, I didn't take a picture but I was stuck in stop and go traffic for about an hour on Sunday and my graph dropped below the 2 line. Maybe different thresholds of stop and go. That hour was to go 2 miles lol. My calf is sore from the one pedal driving during that nightmare.
  5. Anyway to get a new guide or better communication?

This shouldn't be a problem. Just say it is too soon and you're still arranging the paperwork. Not sure why this is stressing you out. For mine, they wanted to schedule delivery during a week i was out of town for work. I declined obviously, and then asked for a date later in the following...
  6. Four R1S spotted at Chicago Service Center

Interesting, my guide offered it to me.
  7. Four R1S spotted at Chicago Service Center

I'm surprised other Chicago folks didn't opt for factory pickup.
  8. Tesla Supercharger Membership Pricing Announced For Non-Tesla EV Owners ($0.99/month)

You are confusing a connector type with a closed network. Of course a closed network run by a company that controls the stations and vehicles will of course function better. And add to the fact they had to make a solid network to get customers over range anxiety. Tesla could switch everything...
  9. Does anyone have any recent info on them fulfilling the wristband iou’s

I received my wristband when I picked up from the factory on Thursday. I was surprised. Sadly it is wasted on me (too small for my wrists). Maybe my dad can use it as the spare key.
  10. Order Source Code

My guide suggested it. I'm only 100 miles from the factory which sounded like it had something to do with it. I don't know if they actually have a "notes" section for accounts, but back in early/mid 2021 I contacted CS stating if they were offering factory pickup to make a note on my account...
  11. Order Source Code

    "fulfillmentSummaryStatus": "VEHICLE_DELIVERED", yay!
  12. ? Delivered R1T Owners List and Stats [Enter Yours]!

I can finally close the link notification on the forums for this thread! Just got home from factory pickup.
  13. Why Rivian Stock Popped Today

normal market fluctuations. I always plot Rivian against Lucid and Nasdaq. Typically RIVN follows the same trend as Lucid, but with more volatility (higher peaks, lower dips). I believe with inflation/interest rates, the market frowns upon growth stocks like RIVN so they seem to get dinged...
  14. Unintentional vampire drain experiment

I assume this means you were also pinging the truck a few times a day.
  15. Percentage of vehicles with service issue?

I mean, if you include the bed cover, the response will be 100% of vehicles have issues... I guess it depends what you are trying to get out of the poll.
  16. What I Did Not Realize About Servicing

To add to the above, I'm surprised at all these deliveries that are so far away from service centers. I thought they were prioritizing proximity to service centers.
  17. 22's vs. 20's - In depth discussion.

I'd say the 20's just due to winter and potholes. I have AT tires on my Ram and I've never had an issue driving in our weather in the past 6 years.
