Agree that it definitely looks like the Dune. Interesting. This is on a 2025 Tri so was it ever available on that trim? Or something the owner would have had to add later.Looks like the California Dune wheel. Became a general option with the Quad Gen2 (or maybe 2026 model year)
When I go to the quad configurator (if that is a word) it looks like all the wheel options are 'Included' so someone had to option them over the other 3. Guess they found something aftermarket they liked better than all those options (and then sold/gave the Dune's to the tri owner).Appears to be the default “all terrain” wheel on Quad now - “Dune Satin Graphite”
Don't forget, the 2025 Dune was in fact a tri motor. So it's possible OP is actually looking at buying a used Dune? When I go to the quad configurator (if that is a word) it looks like all the wheel options are 'Included' so someone had to option them over the other 3. That would be me...so yes looking at it pretty seriously. The listing doesn't list other all terrain features (full spare and under body shielding). As a newcomer to Rivian I was/am confused by the wheels a bit.Don't forget, the 2025 Dune was in fact a tri motor. So it's possible OP is actually looking at buying a used Dune?
Oops! Sorry, I had an optometry checkup today and eyes have been dilated all afternoon, kinda posting blind. That would be me...so yes looking at it pretty seriously. I have no specific knowledge of options. Yet I would assume original wheels.Agree that it definitely looks like the Dune. Interesting. This is on a 2025 Tri so was it ever available on that trim? Or something the owner would have had to add later.
Thanks for weighing in. I would think that if those were the stock wheels it would also have a spare tire and under body shield but I won't know until I check it out this weekend.I have no specific knowledge of options. Yet I would assume original wheels.
These are what I have on my 2026 LE Quad.
No, the Dune edition had the option for the darker wheel:The screenshot definitely isn't a Dune, though. All Dune are the "pale tan" body color with the same "pale tan" color wheels. The screenshot is white body with the dark "satin graphite" wheels from the Quad.
Either the person who turned the vehicle in had swapped wheels with a Quad, or had aftermarket wheels, and Rivian put on "Rivian catalog" wheels to re-sell, and had some satin graphite dune wheels spare.
