Have towed a few trailers, neighbor's small utility trailer and dump trailer, and my car trailer. Some pictures make it look smaller, but it is a 24' v-nose. Has handled them all with ease.

What sort of efficiency are you seeing while towing with cars on the back? I'm hoping to tow my Corvette to the local tracks eventually.

The short answer though, is that it’s about half the range. I know that’s too vague to be a satisfying answer, but there are just so many variables that it’s hard to be any more precise. Speed makes a huge difference, since it’s mostly a question of aerodynamics.

It's the 3182 in 18'. I like it, and I'd probably buy it again. I probably have barely 1000 miles on it at this point though, so I suppose my experience with it is still limited.

I will say that even empty, it hurts efficiency more than you might expect. You can't feel it (though you can barely feel anything towing with a Rivian), but you do see the efficiency hit. I averaged 1.63mi/kWh at 70mph. One day I still want to buy an Aerovault, but that's a whole other level of cost.

Random aside, not related to the Featherlite, I really wish Rivian had "trailer profiles" like Ford and GM have on their trucks. It would be great if Rivian would keep track of a trailer odometer of sorts, remember learned efficiency estimates, remember trailer brake gain, and so on. Rivian is really leaving a lot of "truck stuff" on the table.

I just brought home a new electric zero turn mower, DR Power ZT5E. Another step in getting off the fossil fuel habit. It's lot less noise while mowing too.
