Friend, the feature is called "Kick Turn". "Tank Mode" was discontinued after the Alan Ruck incident.

Sorry bud, since we're not getting it on Gen 1s, the Gen 1ers h4x0red the system -- it's never coming.

I'm not even sure OP is looking for "tank turn" since they keep calling it "TANK MODE". Unless this is Alan Ruck looking for round 2? @usulio's comment got me thinking...
