Outside of Shelton, does anyone recommend a shop for tire rotation?

They did Mobile service with mine and had them change air filter, rear wiper while they were there. They broke the rear wiper which is why I didn't attempt changing it myself from forum posts. They made another appointment and brought just the blade. Made another appointment, told me it's covered under warranty and I laughed and said it should be since you guys broke it.

They charged me $65.18 for the tire rotation. Wish I asked them if I could wipe the barrel when they swapped them but felt like they'd roll their eyes at that request. Guy dropped 2 lug nuts on my pavement which annoyed me but they didn't scratch the black 20's taking off the tires.

If you want it done "right", do it yourself or just pay the $60 to have them come to the house. Much easier than dealing with going to a local place that could screw up the puck stuff.

Yes Rivian. They will come to your home. The price is reasonable.
Mobile service for tire rotations are only available within a certain distance of service centers. I'm 70 miles from the Brooklyn SC, they will not perform non-warranty services that far out.

I'm disabled. I used to do tire swaps on my camaro back in the day all the time for track days. But jeeze these wheels are too big for me to deal with.

I bought jack pucks and brought them to Hank Mays. They were fine to use them to change out my tires.

I'm in PA, but this suggestion can work anywhere: get a set of jacking pucks and have your local ICE/tire shop do the rotation. I realize that not everyone has local auto shop that you have confidence (I've been taking my cars to the same shop for years and know that they do good work at fair prices), but even with an EV, there are things that any competent shop can do, rotating tires being one. And you will almost certainly need the pucks at some point anyway.

I will say that if you can get Rivian Mobile Service to do a tire rotation for $65, that's probably the best solution though.
