Just got my shirt and hat today. The shirt seems decent quality. I went for black with the compass logo. The small logo on the left chest and the small yellow rivian tag on the left side hem are the only marks on the shirt at all which is a little underwhelming. Saying rivian somewhere legibly would have been nice. The hat is... Well, maybe it'll pop back but it was kind of smashed in the box and looks pretty sad. I'm pretty underwhelmed there. The boxing and packaging were really nice and high quality, though. Curious what others thought?

I can't even order from the Gear shop apparently. It doesn't think my address is correct.

I tried contacting CS a couple days ago but no reply. I guess I don't really need an $85 hoodie.

Follow up from CS:

"Thank you so much for your patience. Our team just got back to us regarding this issue. As it turns out, we use a Google integration for the address section and according to their system, we are unable to process your address. I am so sorry. Apparently, this can happen when the address is considered a rural location, it's a new development, etc.

We can offer to send this to the UPS facility where you would have to pick it up, or if you have a friend's house that you could send it to, that would work as well."

Guess I am not ordering from the gear shop anytime soon. Never had this issue with any other retailer.
