Just received a phone call this afternoon from Rivian to schedule me for a mobile service appointment to proactively replace my 12 V battery. They said they will be reaching out to people with early/mid 2023 builds to get their 12V batteries replaced. I have a 2023 R1S built 06/23 delivered early 8/23. 13700 miles, no 12V issues yet. Appointment scheduled for 10/21. Also got my confirm preferred delivery address email for the NACS DCFS adapter last week. Thanks, Rivian! This is excellent customer service.
