Tapping on EV Charger in Nav Closes both Nav screens then won't display any public chargers

This is new for me and curious if anyone else has experienced this. I opened a ticket.

If I see an EV Charger on my map screen and tap it, the nav goes black on the center console and also restarts on the driver display. The map restarts, but then with NO EV chargers showing. If I click network, and select then deselect any network, EV Chargers come back, but again if I tap one it restarts NAV.

I CAN tap and hold to nav to the location. I can also click search then the EV Chargers and pull them up. It's the act of a single tap on an EV Charger that glitches the system.

Anyone else having this issue? It also explains why I couldn't find an EV Charger on my map yesterday even though it was in the EA app on my phone. So it's a real world "problem."

I fought that my whole trip this last week. I was only successful choosing stuff in the app and sending to the vehicle.

I wanted to add a top up charge before my final destination, it would randomly NOT show the charger I knew was there (from inside Google Maps and inside Rivian App) ... the few times I did see it in the on screen NAV I clicked it and it ended my route and closed the NAV.

Annoying to do while driving, luckily Highway Assist was available during that stretch

Tried both infotainment and hard reset. Hard reset was on the phone with Rivian Service. Neither helped. I uploaded video to service.

Did you contact service over the issue? Hopefully if it's widespread enough and brought to their attention a fix will be in the works.

Just put in a service ticket... we will see what they say

Try cycling the Data and privacy settings. Maybe you'll get lucky with those.

I have been having the same problem. Soft and hard reset has not helped.
