Interesting that at 60% charge, there’s no green charging indicator on the back taillight. But then in the other photo, it’s there. Any chance somebody photoshopped the green indicator onto the photo? It’s the first time I recall seeing that feature active on any of the test vehicles.

It could be that the lights are blinking on and off or the refresh rate of the LEDs is such that it's not picked up in every photo.

I know that these two colors are pretty darn different, and I fully own that this comment doesn't help anyone else (facepalm). I just need to vent that I am SO torn between LA Silver and Rivian Blue! Love them both

I figured as much, but I thought it would be unusual to be toggling the feature on and off during a single charging session. That's certainly a possibility though. I'm just happy to see it's still a feature (assuming it is not a photoshopped image).

While being super-cool and unique, I sure hope both the front & rear charge indicator LED bars (or lights within the bars) can be disabled by choice.

Frankly it concerns me that the neon green LED illumination will attract gawkers and possibly nefarious types - especially charging at night. I don't want my expensive EV attracting anyone unnecessarily like a bug-zap lantern does to insects at night. Unless there's also a new feature that ZAPSunauthorized people touching the vehicle!

I love stamping presses. At an old job there were a couple of small ones. 200-400 ton. Shook my whole desk ?

presumably they will move to automated unloading at some point Surprised to see it being done manually.
