Yes, my phone key was not paired (it became unpaired when this bad update was sent out). On their end it showed they were forcing the update and it needed me to confirm it...but I had no way of doing that. They hooked it into their system and forced the update. Took 30 min and I'm on my way.

I'm very happy for you. My SC takes an hour and a half for me to get to, so I'm not about to do that. They still haven't called me back after my last chat this morning.

Dang. Sorry man. I live an hour from our SC and needed to make the drive to put this behind me. Sitting at a DCFC now to do a few errands while I'm in the area. I hope they find a fix for you soon.

Just spoke with support. Apparently engineering is still working on a fix for the fix, that will allow people in my (and previously your) situations to still get the update.

Meanwhile, I just got a very attractive lease offer on a 2024 iX M60. Tough call here...

Haha. That's a slick looking ride. I have owned a half dozen BMW's and a few Mini Coopers. Fun vehicles. Post an update when your current issue is fixed. I'm interested to hear if they can fix it OTA like they said. I doubted it from the beginning, but they may have found a workaround.

I would wait til u get your notification. They're probably only released the fix for those first batch that were affected and made sure they were resolved before releasing it again for the next batch. I do believe this was released way earlier than it was probably meant to be released.

Ditto, I am still on 38. I have a new dual motor and no gauge view, so I was excited to get this one but it never came. Being last may have been a good thing this time.

Proximity locking and unlocking occurred with the same frequency prior to updating (3% version). The truck locks and unlocks several times before and after a bike ride while I’m at the tailgate. Maybe I’m at the perfect distance for this to happen??

Should I throw the bike on the hood and strap it down like a deer to see if standing in front of the truck helps?

I did not participate in the 3% download of 2023.42.0.
I see most are getting 2023.42.2
I just got a notification to install 2023.42.1
This notification was not here a few hours ago. I kept checking for 2023.42.2

Should I install it? 75 mins

I installed 23.42.1 successfully an hour or two ago. Not sure whether or not I’ll be offered 23.42.2 but in the past owners have reported needing to install updated progressively.
