I ordered mine late Oct' '23. & did the same thing... every 2-3 weeks sent them an email, mainly because I live on the road & wanted them to ship the Vortex ahead of me to my next motel & they did. Take that original email with your order number on it & email it back for an update. and Tarkus... -

Just used my Lectron Vortex Adaptor for the very first time early this morning & simple 1,2,3... 1. Plug in adaptor (into Tarkus) 2. Start Charging (in Tesla app to get the $0.39 per kW) 3. Plug in Tesla connector & get back into Tarkus & setup E911 Wireless Call Testing equipment... as for... -
25k miles, 17 months, 10K kwh on original factory 21" tires
My 1st set of 21" Road Wheels lasted 19k. Who has the most miles on their R1 without a service?
Just passed 20k since getting "Tarkus" last Aug '23. Only been in to have the upper rear hatch rubber seal re-glued (I could have re-glued it myself, but wanted Rivian to "see it" for QC). No other issues & I'm on my 2nd set of 21" OEM Tires as well. :cool:- Tarkus
