shop.rivian.com is a sub domain now (or could have always been) but along with the trademark for "Hello Rivian" I think gear is around the corner S00N.

I just thought to poke around a bit. I found https://internalshop.rivian.com/ which I hadn't seen before. More "Soon". Attempting to log in with a microsoft account leads me to get this as part of the error.

shop.rivian no longer exists. There is a new-ish one from late May basecamp.rivian.com. Basecamp appears to be for internal use through.

The error you got just means that Rivian is using a different identity source for consumer accounts vs. their internal stuff. You don't even exist in the directory they are using which means that your Rivian account is being handled elsewhere.

Anything that logins via Microsoft Azure AD (i.e. internalshop) isn't for and won't be for us as they would have us login with our Rivian accounts.

Of interest, I called into CS this morning & there was an option (4) for Rivian Shop on the phone tree. I pressed it & talked to Will...the Rivian Merch Shop is coming S00N.

Not sure if that will be another pre-holiday drop, but I was surprised the option was there before the shop went live.

OH, and he actually said "shortly" so I assume they've been training to avoid saying S00N!
