No, I selected a Large Pack. The nearest service center is in Phoenix 64 miles away. That’s not “in town” but also not that far in Rivian’s estimation I wouldn’t think. I plan to contact them Monday to see if there’s any way I can improve my delivery window.

Nov ‘20 res, non LE, Chicago R1S. I changed my config to OC white dash from OC default black and added PPF. Was Oct-Nov and now July-Sept ‘23.

Exactly. AAA has always done this and it does work! I’m not sure Rivian even knows what AAA is based on the way they have handled estimates so far.
I ordered 2 months after you and have a window of April-June 2023 and live 39 miles from Costa Mesa SC. Seems consistent or parallel. My build is similar to yours except BM interior.
I honestly feel cheated if they are doing that kind of stuff. R1S deliveries started already so now it makes absolutely no sense to prioritize R1T over R1S. I changed my config and decided to pay 5k more from my original one just to get earliest delivery but they don't have any respect for that too.Let’s all remember these are
Who knows what they are actually doing, but my guess is it’s not a matter of prioritizing aside from their early focus on delivering Ts, which simply allowed them to dig into the list of those orders first. Since they started on the S later it stands to reason they wouldn’t be as far down that list.
When I placed my order in 12/21 they would only tell me that I would *not* take delivery in 2022, which is fine because I never expected that. If you look at the list of deliveries here in the forum there are people who ordered after me who already got their trucks, so no one really knows WTH is going on??

I don’t want to get your hopes up, but you may be purchasing soon. I was a Dec 22-Jan 23 window before the new estimator came out on Friday. I confirmed my configuration about 10 days ago, and started my 8 steps a few hours later. Currently waiting on it to get to Brooklyn and pass inspections there for delivery. I have 7 of 8 steps complete. Mine started on a weekday though, not a weekend.
