Hmmm, I wonder if calling CS and having them re-send the update for us to try again would help…and perhaps insure a good wi-fi signal before re-updating???
Good wifi won't be a factor. The update downloads in its entirety and I'm sure there is a check sum to make sure the file is fully in tact before the software update process begins.

Would it be a waste of time then to try to reload the update in your opinion…this is NOT my field of expertise.

I just checked my compressor and mine is not working either. I'll check tomorrow again after a sleep cycle but I doubt a change will occur.

I spoke to them yesterday, since the failure message stated to contact service. The support person did advise that they saw the failures on their end and that my VIN would be re-queued for an update. The implication was that it would be pushed last night, but I presume if they've found other issues as well it might be an additional point release within the next few days.

I hope y'all with non-working compressors and other issues are submitting tickets so that Rivian can be aware of and find these bugs.

Mine is dead too. The gear guard cable still locks and unlocks with the truck and the light on that panel for it blinks, but the compressor has zero response.

The compressor going out after a software update is very strange to me. I thought it was a pretty standalone device. I didn't realize it was connected to the main vehicle software. If it is, why?

Well to clarify, I don't think it's the compressor that went out. It's the user interface that controls it.

Mine updated Tuesday. No problems with audio controls or the air compressor. Both work. Also the new nav detination window is there and shows time and % at destination
That's a good data point. Do others, like me, with non-functioning bed compressors also not have the new NAV feature with both miles and % remaining at destination?

Just finished update and my compressor appears to be alive and well. Haven't tried to use it but the UI on it works.

When I press left and right on the steering wheel buttons while listening to the radio, it just seeks to the next station, and not between my saved presets like it used to do.
