Thuren Fabrication R1T and R1S Luv Coming?

I am looking forward to the possibilities. Don Thuren is a wizard with offroad suspensions in the Ram community. I would love to see some beefier suspension components or other hard parts offered. Better tie rods would be a start IMO.

Other than being a fan of their work, I have no business interest.

That entirely depends on the mod. Your warranty can't be voided for items not related to the mod. I have modified every vehicle I have owned well before the warranty was up.

That is correct but we’ll see how Rivian feels about it. I hear Tesla doesn’t love it.
I have nothing against modifying cars/trucks. I’m sure yours will be awesome.

I would like to get mine more bullet proof. There are weak points if even you want to do the off road use Rivian has advertised. There are already trail stories out there. Heck, you can't even but a spare tie rod from Rivian.

The more successful off road and/or overlanding platforms out there have had good aftermarket support. I look forward to see what is coming.

Yup, 7000 lbs with that kind of torque at each wheel ? potentially very unhappy tie rods.

Wasn't there a post about these wheels? I tried searching and couldn't find it but with the manufacturer name in this thread I was able to track them down. So far it's the only aftermarket wheel I'd consider since I like a simpler design and the spokes to be a multiple of the lugs when the lugs are exposed.

I like the regular 20" Rivian wheels, too, but my tastes run to a simpler look. I just want a 5-spoke wheel in alloy or silver color without any adornment.

I'd also be happy with an old-school steel wheel.

I'm sure I'm way in the minority so I'm fine with the stock 20" (not brights/black) or the wheels in this thread.

Too bad the RAM wheels don't have the proper offset.

At $850 per wheel for a forged machined wheel, spec’d with Rivian offset/hubcentric fitment/stock lugnuts, and beadlip, plus multiple finishes, these may be the best aftermarket deal yet. Intended and built for HD offroad, so not super light at 41 lbs but not overly done.
