I'm seeing folks in the window after ours being contacted by guides already. Crickets for me, and I assume lots of others in this window. I honestly don't get it. Wasn't the whole point of the updated windows to give a more accurate delivery estimate after Rivian figured all their shit out a little better? Clearly it's still very much a work in progress.

Seeing as how most folks in this window seem to have their vehicles already, and lots of folks in the Nov-Dec window have been getting contacted by guides, I'm reaching out to CS again. I know nothing will come of it, but I'm so upset/frustrated and feel like I need to keep trying.

Edit1: And yeah, there is it, absolutely nothing will be done. But I should continue to monitor my email :|

Edit2: I tried emailing Tony C based on other posts in this forum, but it was rejected by their system. His LinkedIn also shows a lock over the "message" button. Looks like he got tired of our complaining

This may be a dumb question, but when you get the VIN, which numbers are important for determining build order? I was expecting numbers and then a few zeros and then 10XXX or 9XXX. My number has no leading zeros. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I was looking at the wrong number. I'm 11XXX.

FWIW on timing. I saw others in this forum being being notified in July/Aug and were in the same Sept-Oct delivery window.

Time to configure 9/3
Finalized steps on 9/6 (after Labor Day)
Scheduled for delivery notice on 9/8
Scheduled for pick up on 9/13 (fingers crossed).
