I got a couple of different emails this morning. I have been assigned a guide as well as to confirm my configuration! Not the emails I was expecting, but super excited. I had to check them a couple times to confirm what I was seeing.

What's you config and when did you order.

Logically, if the emails are in line to go out today/tomorrow, somewhere in the system everyone already has an updated delivery timing.
There is absolutely no way that emails with updated delivery timings can go out without everyone reservation already having an updated delivery timing.

If its somewhere in the system, I am sure CS can see it.
I pressed CS on this and tried to see if they can just look it up and share that info.
I will get it in few hours anyways! so whats the big deal?

No luck.

No necessarily true, it could be in a system they do not have access to or not on the screens they have. The days of open system access are long behind us so we cannot assume they have access to view that. It is possible the dates are only in the MRP system with no cross reference to order entry area.

What is your reservation date and configuration?

Given our experiences it could be both. Maybe the email hasn’t gone out to any of us yet but when it does you won’t get it.

The amount of stress in this thread due to speculation is both hilarious and worrisome.

I want my Rivian as much as the next guy, but there isn’t a lot I can do about it.

I hope the email comes out today so everyone can either take their weekend to chill or get more worked up with reason.

I updated my config today from the standard 20's to the Dark 20's just so I would get an email from Rivian.

I was just thinking the same thing and chuckling, thinking about the entire Customer Engagement team sitting at Happy Hour right now, having a beer, waiting until 4:59 pacific time to hit the send button. The levity of the thought It brightened up my Friday, hehe.
