I asked when they would show on their website service center locations as well as when additional hubs will open.

When and how will we see responses?

This. Locations and dates are needed. And what being done to address backlog. I saw some say they were told August was earliest opening at one service center for example.

Looks like the Q/A link is open on the official Rivian Instagram story. I submitted the following:

- Understand no AA/Carplay. However, can we at least get Google maps/Nav? Love my R1S, but Nav is ROUGH
- Will R1S/R1T support faster charging in future since RAN units are showing as 300kw?
- What/is there a best way to submit feature requests without service ticket?


I think everyone should put in the first question and get them to answer it. They have answered the question about AA/Carplay and the reasoning, I think we should break the question down lower and make it about Navigation. I think they will be able to replicate phone/music operations of most manufacturers in the future, but the heard start and features of Google navigation are going to be nearly impossible to compete on for the next several years.
