It was only a matter of time before they started adventure. Some LE orders don't have a nearby service center, so they will likely have to wait.

There are plenty of bland R1T builds around service centers though. This is just weird.

They haven’t delivered all LEs near service centers (I’d be happy to take a short drive to South San Francisco). I don’t think its
ever just one thing. Interior color, location, etc. and maybe they are doing a handful of adventures to figure out if there are any issues on the assembly line.

For what it’s worth, there is a Reddit user from Wisconsin has had a Rivian Blue Adventure trim delivered:

Even my guide had to do a double take when she called. Email came in Wednesday. Got a call set up for on Thursday and rest of emails Thursday night. Confirmed Friday and finished financing/insurance etc.​

Delivery was not available where I live directly but on a gut feeling I checked a family members address near Chicago. That turned out to be perfect and the deliver took about 15-20 mins​

Initial impression after 150 mile drive home (outside Madison WI) . Quick AF. Planted. Regen braking is amazing.​

Initial notes: the front radars can clog with snow and disable all cruise (both adaptive and driver+) going to request that if adaptive is not available to allow for “normal” cruise to be the fall back.​

Alphabetical name sort was for March. For April, the delivery sequence is reverse alphabetical, so you need to change your name to Zyzzy Zyryzzy.

There are boatloads of LE orders left in areas that they are already delivering trucks. It was only a matter of time, but this seems to be a bit early.

Maybe its as simple as they ran out of Launch Edition badging. Its also possible the remaining LEs have the off-road package, which might be in low supply, so they are starting to ship Adventures without off-road.

They posted some pics now, definitely looks like Adventure by the screen and dash badging.

As a very late preorder it gives me hope, but I also cant imagine they have delivered all LE R1Ts yet? This one it seems is a 2019 reservation, fwiw.
