Air Cruiser Roof Top Tent Installed on R1T! Review + Photos

Just got my air cruiser today! It works and looks great, super excited for what this is going to usher in for my wife and I in 2024! The mattress is really nice and it was really easy to install overall! Thank you Jake and team from Air Cruiser/Cinch/Wild Lands for all of your guys hard work!

Best part is there's no poles at all, plug it in and you're good to go! Takes all about 3 minutes to inflate!

Looks great and roomy. I don’t camp enough to justify buying a RTT but this would be it if I did. Love the concept.

I hope Air Cruiser / Wild Land releases a XL version at some point that can sleep two adults and two small kiddos.

l like the ease of setup and especially the light weight. I also think the colors are nice and subtle. So many RTTs are eye sores, but this is well designed.

I did not personally get one, just packed it away and it's snowing outside now. It took about 3 minutes to inflate and maybe a half a minute to deflate, it was pretty quick overall.

@AirCruiser in the manual it says to press a button to start the inflation, but we couldn't find a button and upon plugging in it just started inflating - is that expected?

It was light enough to take on/off the truck as needed. It's maybe 80/90 lbs, by far and away the lightest rtt we could find.

Indeed, first camping trip is in April, so a bit of time away - but anxiously awaiting it

It's really sturdy as well - really impressed by it. The mattress is surprisingly nice as well - we will be returning our camping pad to Costco and using it exclusively.

Thanks for your write-up and review. I ordered one over the weekend with the discount and I'm looking forward to using it in the next few months once it warms up a bit around here.

Hi! I have an R1S with crossbars, and I also have the Air Cruiser. But it doesn't seem to have come with the u-mounts (or any manual/instructions). Did yours come with the mounts? Were they in the same big box with the tent?

Strange! Mind did, they weren't in super clear packaging though. @AirCruiser may be able to help.
